"I was very please once again with Windy Acres Florist. I would have rated the experience a "5" if it was not for the disturbing voicemail that I received. First, the form I filled in on the website ended up having Massachusetts instead of Connecticut for the destination, and it put my phone number as the recipient's number. I was not sure that the delivery was accomplished because, after working all day, there was a message on my phone that said "No one is home and we have no phone number, what do you want us to do?". It seems to me that a delivery service must face this situation frequently. Either leave the item or try again, are there any other choices? My parents in their 80's do not have mobile phones, so if they're not home, they're not near their phone either. But when my Mom expressed her pleasure with the floral arrangement, I was happy with the ultimate outcome. I never heard if she received the chocolates that I also paid for, but I'll check with her."
